Add conversion to percent carbon and SOM into the data!

Converting g C /kg soil to % C is just dividing by 10. Note that the values here are soil organic carbon, not soil organic matter. The typical conversion factor is 1.72 i.e. multiply % C by 1.72 to estimate SOM. The exact proportion varies by soil and local biomass.
