2024.3 EAP Support #348

Describe the bug

Plugin 'One Dark Theme' (version '5.11.0') is not compatible with the current version of the IDE, because it requires build 242.* or older but the current build is IU-243.12818.47

To Reproduce

  1. Use 2024.3 EAP version IDE like IDEA or Webstorm

Expected Behavior

Support 2024.3 EAP version

Environment

OS: windows 23H2 IDEA: 2024.3 EAP Plugin: 5.11.0
