Update to v2.15.1 #1

Thanks for your work on this fork! Love using One Dark with flare.

This pr merges changes upstream from 2.12.2 => 2.15.1 (https://github.com/Binaryify/OneDark-Pro/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md).

Most notably, improves support for template string and var declarations.

This keeps the current italicized tokens in OneDark-Pro-Italic.

@gabemeola Not sure how I never saw this PR, but thanks for your contribution.

I will try to get to this over the weekend and will hopefully get this merged in.

@gabemeola I took your changes and created some overrides for the italic theme. There is no longer an italic theme but rather overrides for the normal and vivid themes. This should make it easier to keep this up to date.
