Update sdf-schema.json #74

Refactor "required" constraint to be an array of strings (JSON pointer references) 

{ $ref <json-pointer> }

and added inputData and outputData to odmAction and odmEvent

Seems reasonable; however, without examples, I am still too much a JSON schema neophyte to make an intelligent approval.

My only other reaction echoes ones I've echoed before: JSON schema needs comments. All of this seems like it should be liberally commented.
