VHDL LS reporting errors to wrong path on systems with symlinks in path #11

A ls with /home/... can report errors in /var/home if there is a symlink from /home to /var/home.

This happens with VHDL LS only and might be a bug with https://github.com/VHDL-LS/rust_hdl
