Improve "Back" button in Bot

Describe the feature

In those windows back button located at the very top.

For example, in BotFather "Back" button in the very bottom, and actually that is more convenient.

May be it is because that user can't predict where exactly will be top of message, but I know for sure where will be bottom of next message (or after edit). So I suggest move "Back" Button to the very bottom in Bot,

Also some emoji ◀️ or arrow « will improve back-button-experience a bit 🤗

Suggested solution

• move "Back" Button to the very bottom in Bot
• Arrow(«) or Emoji(◀️) in "Back" Button text
