Describe the feature

Currently the phrases are shown only for those who have not reached required amount of sport hours. It would be cool to also motivate people to do sports even after receiving 30 sport hours.

Suggested solution

Make a separate list of citations which are to be shown for people who reached the required amount of sport hours.
