[Room-Booking] Do not allow to book more than 3 hours #153

Describe the feature

The booking of more than 3 hours during one book is not allowed and will show an error on My Uni. We should show some warning about this.

Suggested solution

Do not allow to select more than 3 hours long, and set the color of selected time to orange or yellow.
