Describe the feature

Currently, after successful booking the full page is reloaded, to trigger re-fetching of actual bookings so the user can see their new booking.

Reloading the page is a bad indication of success.

Suggested solution

Show toast with a message after successful booking.
Invalidate bookings data to trigger re-fetching in the background.
- Better to close #160 first.
Scroll the timeline to the newly created booking so that the user can see it.
- Need to refactor BookingTimeline.vue to expose scrolling functionality.
- Need to refactor BookingTimeline.vue to support vertical scrolling to a specified room.
