[Dashboard] Widget with some upcoming events #168

Describe the feature

We want to move full calendar view to a separate page, but we should leave some information from calendar on Dashboard.

Suggested solution

It should be a small card that lists the nearest events (for 3 next days, or just 5 next events), and link to the full calendar (/calendar).
