So this is the crux of this project, we need an appealing process creation wizard.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Show list of available task types
[x] CTA to create a stage
- [x] update stage metadata
[x] CTA to create a task
- [x] update task metadata
[x] Means to attach a task to a stage
[x] A preferably visual means to order stages
