Add a tip about having Scroll Sensitivity not set to 0 on ScrollRect components #12

ScrollRect components that have a non-zero Scroll Sensitivity (defaults to 1) will scroll when controlled by WASD keys. Although this issue is independent from Navigation Mode set to None on UI Elements, it is similar in behavior.
