[REQ] Make it clear which accounts are linked #60

In the User Control Panel make it clear, which social network accounts are linked to the phpbb account. For example grey out not linked acounts: login_lst

This is obsolete as i found out that i came across a known bug (or feature?): http://support.oneall.com/forums/discussion/5173/unable-to-link-to-existing-accounts
