Can this test work on Windows?

https://github.com/oneapi-src/level-zero-tests/blob/master/BUILD.md I wonder whether this build work for Windows? When I running cmake -D CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=$PWD/../out .. on Windows, I meet below this error:
