Updating the README to have updated instructions for open the FPGA report. A new Report Main Menu is being added to 2024.2 and the code sample should have updated instructions on how to open reports using said menu.
Note: images were added as HTML instead of markdown method because then I could control the size of images within the document. If we don't care about image size, I can change it.
