Re-migrated and tested samples(HSOpticalFlow, JacobiCUDAGraphs, SimpleCUDAGraphs, dwtHaar1D, shfl_scan, Odd-even Merge Sort) with oneAPI 2024.1 release. And moved these samples to SYCLMigration folder.
