Why no support for madvice type of transparent huge page? #526

tbbmalloc can use preallocated huge pages or transparent huge pages: https://github.com/oneapi-src/oneTBB/blob/727601afc02ca57cdf92c6dd5a71b8dbc1f1a6e4/src/tbbmalloc/backend.cpp#L103-L112
