Add option to hide app on startup #32

Added an option to hide the app at startup instead of always showing it when the 'Display Icon in Menubar' setting is disabled. If the menubar icon is hidden, launching the app will directly open the settings page.

no combination of the two only options in the setting panel makes the app start hidden at login, its theres something i'm missing? i installed lastest v1.5 release
