I think it is not being opened on startup, but the option is active:

Am I doing something wrong? I'm new on macos

it's quitting for me too. when I start it - it runs fine for couple of minutes (maybe an hour or so) and than it's gone with without saying good bye...

Same here! Everything was working perfectly until I decided to format my laptop. Since then, the app constantly closes after a certain period of time.
