What’s the focus of this PR

The pipeline has been updated to include the sonarqube tasks Dev dependency nyc has been included Script test:report has been added .dockerignore and .gitignore updated Renaming of the docker build task

Security check has not passed yet. On the other hand, you added nyc for measuring coverage, but let's be more ambitious and move to jest! (@kevinccbsg wink wink)

I am closing this since I created it on an incorrect systemic generator. Moving it to the correct one
