[EconomyShop] Turn off item drops on ground if shop is created #419

Can you please turn off that the items will drops on the ground if a shop is created? This is so laggy. :/

Sorry for the too late comment, EconomyShop and EconomySell is scheduled for rewrite and I will make this configurable.
