Economy Land Bug #445

I tried to invite my friend to access my land, but if the player's name tag uses spaces, I can't invite it, even though I already used the sign (") in the beginning of the player's name and at the end of the player's name. Please fix this bug. Sorry if my English is bad.

This is because EconomyLand filters username when inserting invitee to land. I will fix it soon.
