Add ViewVC (or other web viewer) URL to the commit log page #31

Hi,

It would be nice if the commit message (Web view and RSS) could also 
include a link to the projects source browser such as ViewVC. This would 
allow inspection of the commit directly from the feed.

E.g. For the Subversion project the link would be like:
http://svn.collab.net/viewvc/svn?view=revision&revision=37634

And for cia-vc on google code it would be like:
http://code.google.com/p/cia-vc/source/detail?r=37

So all that needs to be replaced is the revision number of the commit (for 
projects using svn).
