If applicable, what steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a project in cia.vc for a repository that requires username
2. You can use this one for example:
http://svn.projectes.lafarga.cat/svn/guifi/ (user is anonymous, without
password)
3. I just get "callback_get_login required" in red color.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The ideal would be that the web interface asks you for username and password.
But I don't know if storing passwords in via.vc is desiderable.
Anyways, usernames as "anonymous" with blank password should be supported
without asking the user to enter user/pass.
If applicable, what project is affected?
If you know, what version control system? What notification method?
(email, xmlrpc, repository polling)
