Diacritics does not work correctly #48

KDE moved to git recently and I changed my name in the commit 
messages to my real name. 

My name is Lukáš Tvrdý

But on cia.vc it is like Luk???? Tvrd??

When I tried to add that author under my competence (I registered),
it adds me different author "Luk"

It is possible to merge two authors somehow?
