Associations: Terms and conditions box won't scroll in Firefox #472

User reported that box wouldn't scroll to get the 'accept' button onto the screen.

Have tested this on Firefox 27.0.1 on Mac OS X 10.9.2, and can't replicate the problem. The page appears to scroll as expected.

Closing this specific issue, but the outstanding wider issue of avoiding showing a massive window of T&Cs on sign-up still needs to be addressed: #313.
