Deployment scripts reference old configuration of runsv under /var/www #482

We have now moved to runsv configuration being stored in the oneclickorgs user's home directory, and the deployment scripts need to be updated to match.

The command to restart the background service now looks like

sv restart /home/oneclickorgs/service/HOSTNAME

where HOSTNAME is the web host that is being deployed.
