Adds UNFURL_SKIP_SAVE=never to UNFURL_DEFAULT_ENV and adds a SAVE_DRYRUN_LOGS env var for saving the dryrun logs like it currently does when $CI is. Updated the docs to reflect this but don''t know how regenerate the readme.
