go get: github.com/pressly/chi@none updating to github.com/pressly/chi@v1.5.4: parsing go.mod: module declares its path as: github.com/go-chi/chi but was required as: github.com/pressly/chi

@antibios we have removed these deprecated dependencies. Checkout the oneconcern-release branch
