Zen coding currently ignores the XHTML preferences in TEA's preference window; this needs to change.

Improved zen document snippets; switched default language code to 'en'; added XHTML self-closing string adjustment to zen. Closed by 058e9e1020c512e66e12633f9ff2f9d4f1937a58
