Select line contents fails if there's a space at the end of the line with the cursor #40

Need to test exactly when this occurs, but it throws an error if there's a space at the line end along with the cursor.

Added logic to allow discarding linebreaks at end of trimmed text; closed by 1b04571129c8228796c94349a2b13ddcc7d2db09
