Readme.md Generation #1

Since every new project needs a readme, and we've got an opinionated Gulpfile and so on we should probably generate a readme with the documentation. The readme in this generator repository has a lot of details about the gulpfile, but it's probably best moved into a "generated" readme.

We can also then generate a few config settings, such as local environment and so on so a user can easily remember what they added.
