Add type definitions file(TypeScript's d.ts file) and PR to DefinitelyTyped repo #153

Hi, we want to use react-daterange-picker from TypeScript.

But currently type definitions were not found in https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped.

So, we made type definitions and PR to https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/pull/10983

Just to let you know that we sent PR.
