Update AA+ version. #62

Multiple updates of AA+ occurred recently, one containing important new algorithms (ELP/MPP02 theory). See http://www.naughter.com/aa.html.

@alex-vasenin @rodericj I am considering this as the last step for the 2.0 milestone. This 2.0 milestone has already been delayed way too much. Activity will continue, and things will continue to improve. But what do you think? Any other issue you would suggest to include in 2.0?

I am wondering if one could settle down this 2.0 milestone. Then, leave it as a Swift3 branch (similarly to Swift2), and start working on Swift4 + Xcode9 + new Foundation APIs (#59) altogether towards a version 3.0.
