How do I set up email notifications via SMTP on Windows/Docker setup? #66

I'm reading that I need to place a grafana.ini file somewhere in the application but I'm not sure where it needs to go and what that file needs to look like? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I would love to email myself when I mine a block. Thanks!
