Removing code that was moved to CPAN #115

With the KVStore system CPANized, these modules are no longer needed here. The CPAN versions are better tested and have more functionality. This fixes #112.

For some reason after rebase, the coercion doesn't work. Investigating.

Coercion fixed. The ids in the lw agent tests are now off. this needs to be fixed, but seems to be a central problem.
