User SignUp: Mobile verfication - Incorrect OTP #4

When users submit OTP code sent to their registered mobile number, it has to be checked to verify that right OTP code has been entered. If user input OTP code does not matches with the actual code, 'Incorrect verification code' error should be shown.

Added the functionality only css part of displaying and presenting the error is left.
