404 for the samples in README.md

all the samples in the README.md point to a 404

It seems the old website: http://onepf.org is no more, (maybe they lost the domain?) I have noticed the (same?) web can be found at: http://onepf-org.herokuapp.com/

I'm not sure if anyone is managing this repository anymore after reading the lack of support notice in the readme... is there anyone left?
