Amazon App Tester #504

Hi!

It's not a real issue, but ask for help. Yesterday I downgraded my Nexus to 4.4.4 to test Amazon in-app (I faced explicit intent issue on 5.1.1) and wanted to install Amazon App Tester application as usual, but seems that Amazon changed the way they deliver content (directly to the device via their cloud only) and I can't download App Tester neither from PC, nor from device.

I wonder if you have .apk to share, and it would be extremely useful for all to have a link to the App Tester in "How To support Amazon Appstore" wiki.

I managed to get App Tester from Kindle Fire, install it to Nexus and test in-apps.
