Not everyone has a Google Account and supporting OpenID would mean that the Fedora Project could take advantage of Cantas (Fedora has an OpenID system provided by the FedOAuth and Ipsilon projects).

@sgallagher yes, i also feel integrate OpenID more useful than google auth2.
