Can we remove node-gss? #72

what is node-gss for? If it's not used, should be removed.

@xiaods actually, I have no idea if node-gss is being used for current released version. I searched all .js file, didn't find any file is referring node-gss. Thanks for your quick response. :) will have a try.

@tkdchen i remember use it for internal kerberos access. it requirement maybe outdate right now.

@xiaods used with Nginx to provide a fallback Kerberos authentication?
