Hang on a tick whilst we install DShell - needs feedback #89

The dshell_install exe pauses for a long time after displaying the message:

Hang on a tick whilst we install DShell 1.10.14

We need to provide some user feedback so they don't think the process has hung.

Caused by the duplicate compile big in pub global activate.

We should still consider some progress information.

The multiple compile problem seems to have been resolved so closing this out.
