[IBM] Fuse tbox, tbOneOver, & tbF1. #141

To simplify the input automatic Cartesian mesh generation tbox, tbOneOver, and tbF1 have been fused into tbox. The distinction of the different region is made through the names of the bases of tbOneOver and tbF1. tbOneOver regions mush have OneOver in the base name. tbF1 regions must have KeepF1 in the base name.
