List of interference for a given channel / resource #11

It would be an interesting feature to provide the list of interferences occuring on a given interference channel / interfering hardware resource.

@gbrau We might as well export the whole set, that is for all interference channels. Do you have any preference or suggestion for the format? A file per interference channel, a file with a section per interference channel, tagging each itf with a list of interference channels, a list of itf and interference channel pairs...

I do have a preference for the latter, but it is also the largest format.
