Deploy a website with all the documentation generated from scaladoc.

Done. Documentation of PML is accessible here. The documentation should be generated from this repository by running a sbt doc and sent to the master of https://github.com/onera/pml-analyzer.github.io Enhanced must be done on the documentation. @cpagetti @Gaudeval Can you test and validate that the deployement fulfills your request ?

Done request of @Gaudeval to rename website to https://github.com/onera/pml-analyzer-docs whose sources are hosted on https://github.com/onera/pml-analyzer-docs
