Laravel PHP Framework Problem #142

Laravel 1st page route perfect 
den other links are not working like 
if i have ROUTE called
Route::post('logincheck', 'ControllerAdmin@postCheckin');

issue 1:its not pointing to right page

its shows Error 404
File Not Found 

Log Shows:

404 /logincheck

i am using with phpdesktop-chrome version .

Please Guide Proper Solution.
