Adds a debug option #9

Client initializer now has an options hash
Client option allows to display more information

This commit force the version update of this gem has it brakes the way to initialize the Onesky::Client. This version number is checked in the onesky-rails gem.

It seems that the build is failing due to this travis-ci/travis-ci#3531
