WYSIWYG: add media browser gallery to <a> insertion #134

Just as we have a media browser gallery uses the insert-an-image button in the WYSIWYG, perhaps we could have a media browser gallery for when they hit the insert-a-link button too. This would simplify linking up PDF downloads, for example.

Even better would be if it could be done for inserting links to pages as well.
