Version 2.0 XCode 11.3.1 Swift 5.x

Thanks for the work here. Since the current version is working well for all Xcode versions, so I guess it is not an urgent task now. I will revise it later in April when Apple forces everyone to use Xcode 11.

APNGKit v2 was released with the latest Swift support. I am closing it for now.
