Transfer data wireless or usb #2

Quick testing unable to access windows device portal over wifi, may be an issue with the seahawkguest wifi. Can not get the hololens to connect to hawkwifi to test on the other network.

Works fine over usb.

May need to use the router for wifi data transfer, or just use a longer usb-c cable and ignore wifi entirely.
